To determine one or two reserch topics of common interests, all member institutions shall give support to their professors to participate in this initiatives and common research programs, which will be first assessed by the specialized groups and then facilitated by the member institutions, which will apply for national or international founding or research projects.
Graduate students will join the cooperative research program and founction as the link between professors and scientists of different member institutions.
