1.Dr.Daming Zhang，Professorof California State University at Fresno
Dr. Daming Zhang is a specialist in engine and power train, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) CAE. He teaches courses in vehicle, engine, power train technologies, and quality management. Dr. Zhang is a member of Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and Association of Technology, Management and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) of United States.
Before joining California State University at Fresno in 2008, Dr. Daming Zhang has 10-year teaching experience at Wayne State University, and Northwestern Polytechnical Universityof China.
2.Dr. Simon Collyer, e-learning manager of The University of Queensland
Technology change is a significant challenge for all industries. Dr. Simon Collyer focusses on the effects of technology in the higher education industry as it makes a transition to technology time. He combines research with a long standing role as a commercial and higher education management practitioner.
Dr. Simon Collyer is the manager of eLearning Systems and Support at the University of Queensland in Australia. He is the author of Managing Amidst Rapid Change and recently started the Technology Enhanced Learning Change study to understand better how to support educators keep pace with change.
3.陈永红 Blackboard中国教育研究院首席研究员
陈永红先生毕业于清华大学，先后获得工业自动化学士学位和管理工程硕士学位，并于2006年在中欧国际工商学院就读EMBA获得工商管理硕士学位。
陈永红先生现任全球最大的教育软件公司Blackboard公司的中国区总裁、Blackboard中国教育研究院首席研究员，致力于推进中国教育教学信息化的历程。在中外高校如何采用信息技术辅助、促进乃至变革教育教学有深入的研究和多年的亲身实践。
陈永红先生曾在北京理工大学管理学院工作八年，并担任主管教学的副院长，在教学、科研和教务管理方面有丰富的经验和深刻的理解。
陈永红先生于1998年开始了从教学管理者到信息技术产业的转型，在摩托罗拉从事软件研发和业务管理工作八年，曾任摩托罗拉北京中心总经理。
