The 2010 Annual Convention of the International Association for Gondwana Research will be held in Qingdao in September, 2010

The 2010 Annual Convention of the International Association for Gondwana Research and the 7^th International Symposium on Gondwana to Asia will be held in Qingdao, P.R. China during September 25 to 27, 2010, following two days’ post-symposium field excursion.

The preliminary themes will be 1）SS01: Asian Continental Growth: From Archean to Cenozoic, 2）SS02: Asian Assembly and Destruction：From Supercontinent to Superplume, 3）SS03: Within Asian Continent and Gondwana: Orogens, Basins and Their Resources, 4）SS04: Beneath Asian Continent and Gondwana: From Mantle to Crust, 5）SS05: Peripheral Asia and Gondwana: Evolution of West Pacific Continental Margins and Marginal seas, 6）SS06: Tectonic Evolution of the Main Units of China and its Adjacent Areas and General session.
